- Fundraiser: Money is due by Monday Nov. 2nd!!! Get it in!

-Spaghetti and Song Tickets are now on sale. Friday, November 13th at the first church of the nazarene

-Jesse Ray: One of our choir members is currently hospitilized. The choirs would like to raise money to help out his family. Please send in ideas, money, and good vibes for his family.

-Nov. 8th: Vocal Dimension will be singing for the Friends of Michigan History in Lansing. The bus departs at 12:30 pm. Anybody is welcome to join us.

-Nov. 21 Apple Pie Sale: Order Forms will go out next week!!

CONCERT WEEK!

Fall Concert! Wednesday, October 28th at Jackson Community College's the Potter Center

7:30 p.m.

-All Choir Students are expected to be checked in and in their seats by 7 p.m.

-Make sure you have your uniform: Choir Polo Shirt and Dressy Black bottoms with black shoes and socks. Hair must be up and away from your face, refer to your handbook.

-Fundraiser money is due no later than Monday, Novemeber 2nd

-Spaghetti and Song: Students that could not make it to auditions will be heard this Thursday, October 29th.

-Spaghetti and Song: Tickets are now onsale, contact Mr. Snell for an order form or email us at nwhschoirs@gmail.com. Ticket orders are due by Friday, Novemeber 6th.

-Spaghetti and Song is on Friday, Novemeber 13th at the First Church of the Nazarene. It begins at 6:30 p.m. We look forward to seeing you there!

- Nov. 8: Vocal Dimension will be singing for the friends of Michigan History up in Lansing!

-Our Holiday Concert will take place at the First United Methodist Church on Tuesday, Dec. 15th. Mark your Calendars Now.

Congratulations! We had 8 students audition for regional honors choir and all of them were accepted! Kylee Arnold, Carly Francis, Eric Fink, Taylor Hawkins, Tim Huber, Tyler Soles, Chris Swope, and Kristin Thomas will all represent Northwest High School at Regional Honors Choir! Again Congratulations!!

Two Days Off!!

It is official, our school has been hit with sickness...enjoy the next two days off!

Announcements

- Friday, October 23: All Men in choir are singing the National Anthem at the Football game. The festivities start at 5pm with a cookout at Kidder Middle School. Student singers eat free, if someone wants to join you it is $3.

- Saturday, October 24: MSVMA Honors Choir Auditions. We are meeting at the High School at 10:45 am and departing at 11:00 am.

-Wednesday, October 28: Our Annual Fall Concert. Students will be missing 1st and 2nd hour that day. The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. at JCC's The Potter Center. Students need to be there at 7pm.

-Fundraiser: Thursday October 22: Our fundraiser supplies will be arriving. Plan on having a way to get them home after school.

-Trunk and Treat: We need every student to bring in one bag of Candy to help make trunk and treat a huge success this year.

CONGRATULATIONS! Students Jared Copeland, Elizabeth Creger, Brittany Johnson, Katrina Marks, Anna Pack, Brian Terry, Shannon Watts, Audrey Wedgwood, Kaitlyn Wills, and Amanda White! They auditioned and were excepted into State Honors Choir!

-Spaghetti and Song: Friday Nov, 13: Mark your calendar. This year spaghetti and song is taking place at the first church of the nazarene. We need plenty of volunteers and this Friday tickets will be going on sale!

-Apple Pie Sale: Saturday, November 20 Mark your calendar. Apple Pie sale is quickly approaching!

Announcements!

Thank you to everyone that auditioned for Spaghetti and Song. Results will be posted on this blog by Monday of Next week. Keep checking for results.

-Disney deposit is due to your choir representative by Friday. We, also, still have openings for the trip...get your forms in!!

-If you are interested in taking voice lessons from Lara Wagner, pick up an orange form on the desk by Mr. Snell's Computer. These forms are due by next Monday! Make sure you and your parents fill the bottom of the form out.

-Trunk n Treat is quickly approaching don't forget to bring in your candy donation!

- MSBOA: is this Saturday. Make sure you are there by 5:15 at the press box. We will have a name badge for you to pick up.

- 9th Grade Honors Choir is this weekend: The bus is leaving Kidder Middle School at 6:15 am. Keep practicing!

-After School today Men's Choir will be having their first extra rehearsal/Video Game Party. The party is over at 5:30 p.m.

-Wednesday October 7th: Choir officers meeting right after school.

- October 9th is Homecoming: Vocal Dimension will be singing the National Anthem at the game all alumni are welcome to join us.

-October 10th is Serenade retreat: We start rehearsal at 11am, Eat lunch at 1:30, arrive at Flavor Fruit farms at 2:30 and return to NWHS at 6pm

-Tuesday October 13th: Spaghetti and Song Auditions.
